This compilation LP was compiled from the 2005 Polydor Deluxe Edition CD, produced by Robert Smith, and digitally remastered by Chris Blair at Abbey Road Studios in London. Originally released in 1980 by Fiction Records, this version was reissued in 2008 by Lilith Records Ltd.

The record comes in a gatefold jacket with a high gloss finish and includes polylined black inner sleeves. Additionally, a hype sticker is applied to the shrink-wrap.
