Limited to 3,000 silver foil-stamped and numbered copies worldwide, this record is housed in a full-color, tri-fold jacket. The jacket features an embossed matte finish on the exterior and a gloss finish on the interior. Each vinyl is stored in its double-sided inner sleeve showcasing artwork and credits. Track times are printed on the rear jacket and inner sleeves.

The initial release of this record featured a misprinted jacket with the 'OCKED' segment of the inner gatefold printed upside down. The issue was rectified, and corrected jackets were sent out to those who received the misprint. The total number of misprinted copies released is unknown.

This record was made in the U.S.A. The release name and tracks B5, D7, and F5 are stylized entirely in capitals. The catalog numbers are LVR01441 for the jacket, all inserts, and sides C to F runouts, and LVR00844 for sides A and B runouts.
