Throughout 2022, The Wedding Present's '24 Songs' series saw the legendary indie band release two new tracks a month as double A-sided 7"s, ultimately creating a much-sought-after box set. David Gedge has now re-curated full-length versions of all twenty-four tracks for a new compilation album that will also comprise five bonus recordings, including one featuring The Wedding Present's first guitarist, Peter Solowka. '24 Songs' was a nod to The Wedding Present's 'Hit Parade' project from 30 years prior. That series proved to be a significant milestone for the band, making them only the second-ever artist to achieve twelve Official UK Top 40 hits in a calendar year - a feat previously accomplished only by Elvis! David Gedge explains: When compiling the '24 Songs' album, I chose not to sequence the tracks in chronological order. With six sides of vinyl, there are six 'beginnings' and six 'ends' to play with, and I felt the opportunity to craft a musical journey was too good to pass up. Reflecting on this collection, I genuinely believe that, for this project, The Wedding Present has recorded some of the best tracks in our history. While I enjoyed releasing the singles, having them all gathered together is truly satisfying.

3LP version on blue vinyl with a hype sticker applied to an outer resealable polypropylene cover. Each LP is housed in a die-cut white paper sleeve with deeply curved corners and includes a full-color inner sleeve with lyrics. The package also includes a DVD featuring live performances from the 24 Songs launch event and a documentary showcasing the creative process behind the album.

This "Deluxe" version comes with additional extras such as a 12" square insert displaying original singles artwork, a turntable slipmat matching the inner sleeves, and a small button badge of the sleeve art. Some copies may include a screen-printed 15" x 24" green cotton sheet, with a limited number distributed to customers and select stores in the US.

All card and paper components feature a matte finish, and a download voucher is included for digital access to the music.
