Both Sides Of The Sky presents 13 studio recordings, including 10 that have never been released before. Most of these studio recordings were created between January 1968 and 1970, showcasing Jimi's mastery of the studio as he experimented with new songs. This album completes a trilogy, along with Valleys Of Neptune and People, Hell & Angels, aiming to unveil the best unreleased studio recordings from the Hendrix archive. The tracks feature intriguing alternate versions of classics like “Stepping Stone,” “Lover Man,” and “Hear My Train A Comin’,” with special guest appearances by Johnny Winter and Stephen Stills. Mixed by Eddie Kramer and produced by Janie Hendrix, Kramer, and John McDermott, Both Sides Of The Sky offers a unique glimpse into Jimi Hendrix's creative process.
