This version includes an insert with lyrics and publishing details, a facsimile of the original fan club leaflet, and a facsimile of the original UK white inner sleeve with rounded corners. It was sent out to buyers of the "New Career In A New Town" boxed set as a replacement for the "defective" record. The record does not come with an outer sleeve, only a poly lined inner sleeve.

The catalog number appears as 0190295842840 (DB 77822) on the spine and as DB 77822 on the front sleeve, rear sleeve, insert, and labels. Although "2017" is printed on the center labels and sleeve, the LP was not released until February 2018.

The runouts are etched, and various Optimal plating symbols may be inverted or mirrored. The sticker on the front cover indicates that it is remastered heavyweight 180g vinyl.

The record was recorded at Hansa by the Wall, Berlin, with engineers Tony Visconti, Colin Thurston, and at Mountain Studios, Montreux. It was mixed at Mountain Studios, Montreux. The copyright information is detailed on the rear sleeve.
