Previously unreleased vintage demo sessions and live recordings from the notorious pioneers of punk rock. This collection includes the rare 1987 reunion 12" single, along with sessions recorded at Kirk Yano's After Dark Recording in Parma (Cleveland) in January 1978. Additionally, it features an exclusive early live performance from Max's Kansas City, New York, on Halloween 1976, showcasing their rendition of Ducks Deluxe's "Don't Mind Rockin' Tonite."

Tracks A3 to A8 were recorded live at Kirk Yano's After Dark Recording in Parma (Cleveland) in January 1978. Tracks B1 to B6 were captured live at Max's Kansas City, New York, on October 31, 1976. Track B7 was recorded live at CBGB, New York, in 1977.
