Belinda Carlisle and songwriter Diane Warren have a long history of working together, starting with Carlisle's 1987 album, "Heaven on Earth," which included Warren's songs "I Get Weak" and "World Without You." Carlisle's most recent English-language pop album, "A Woman & a Man," was released in 1996. After a break from recording to focus on live performances, Carlisle unexpectedly reunited with Warren in February 2023. This chance encounter at a coffee shop led to the creation of new songs for Carlisle's upcoming EP, including the title track "Kismet." This special edition is pressed on Orchid Colored Vinyl.
