In 2010, Madlib launched an ambitious series of releases known as the Madlib Medicine Show with the prolific producer releasing new material on a monthly basis. The series explores various genres where Madlib excels, spanning from Jazz to Rock, Soul to African music, and Reggae. On the 11th installment of the series, Madlib delves into Hip-Hop with finesse. "Low High-Fi Music" features a lineup of regular Madlib collaborators, including MED, Guilty Simpson, and Strong Arm Steady. Karriem Riggins makes an appearance for a Supreme Team interlude, alongside A.G. Madlib also includes a track from the Jaylib era, originally intended for the unreleased second album. For RSD Black Friday, Madlib Invazion presents "Low High-Fi Music" on an exclusive colored vinyl pressing.
