Vinyl LP pressing. 2015 release from the Swedish metal band. Ghost B.C. is a band known for preaching extreme Satanic viewpoints over surprisingly lightweight Heavy Metal. The members maintain a strict vow of anonymity, obscuring themselves under monks' cowls on stage, except for their lead singer, who sports skull-faced makeup, cardinal robes, miter, and thurible reflecting an anti-Pope persona. Their rare concerts are akin to occult rituals, and their 2010 debut album, Opus Eponymous, defied expectations with its accessible melodic rock sound reminiscent of '60s Psychedelia, '70s doom, and '80s New Wave of British Heavy Metal. The band's enigmatic nature extends beyond their music, with their identities shrouded in mystery. In 2013, Ghost released their highly anticipated second record, Infestissumam, followed by the Dave Grohl-produced covers EP If You Have Ghost.
