Limited double 180gm vinyl LP pressing. "Mezzanine" is the third studio album by English trip-hop group Massive Attack, released on 20 April 1998 by Virgin Records. It was the first album to be produced by Neil Davidge, alongside the group. "Mezzanine" reached the top of the charts in the United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand, making it the band's most commercially successful album to date. The album showcases Massive Attack's evolution from trip-hop to incorporate electronica elements, drawing from a wide range of influences including rock, hip hop, and dub genres. Massive Attack, an English trip-hop group, was formed in 1988 in Bristol. Their debut album, "Blue Lines," was released in 1991.
