This re-issue of the Cocteau Twins' 1996 album faithfully replicates the original Fontana Records UK release and is pressed onto high-quality 140g vinyl LP. Cocteau Twins, consisting of vocalist Elizabeth Fraser, guitarist Robin Guthrie, and bassist Simon Raymonde, originated in Grangemouth, Scotland in the late 70s. Initially formed by Guthrie and original bassist Will Heggie, the band welcomed Fraser in 1981 and signed with 4AD the following year. With Raymonde replacing Heggie in 1983, the trio crafted uniquely ethereal music in the 80s, characterized by Guthrie's shimmering guitar and Fraser's distinctive soprano vocals. In the early 90s, the band achieved commercial success with their album "Heaven Or Las Vegas" before transitioning to Mercury imprint Fontana, alongside artists like The Fall and the House Of Love. Released in March 1996, "Milk & Kisses" marked the final album by the group. Despite the trio working separately – with Raymonde during the day, Guthrie at night, and Fraser adding vocals – the album came together seamlessly. Fueled by Fraser's emotional lyrics following her split with Guthrie, the album features the enchanting single "Tishbite" and fan favorites like "Violane" and "Eperdu." While "Milk & Kisses" may have been overshadowed in the band's disc
