Limited vinyl LP repressing of the 1979 album from the avant-garde post-punk band Pere Ubu. "New Picnic Time" is their third full-length album. The album sessions were reportedly stressful and contentious, leading to the group disbanding after touring. They later reformed with Mayo Thompson replacing founding guitarist Tom Herman. The lyrics for the song "The Voice Of The Sand" are based on the poetry of Vachel Lindsay.
