On April 26, 2024, Pet Shop Boys will release a new studio album titled "Nonetheless," marking a return to Parlophone Records, their home for the releases of their most iconic and commercially successful works from 1985 to 2012. "Nonetheless" is the duo's first collaboration with James Ford as a producer, known for his work with artists such as Arctic Monkeys, Depeche Mode, Blur, Gorillaz, and Simian Mobile Disco. The album consists of 10 new songs, all recorded and mixed in London throughout 2023. The primary recording sessions were held in James Ford's studio in East London, while The Church studio in North London was selected for recording the orchestral arrangements and backing vocals.
