Marcus King's exceptional talents have propelled his band across the country, sharing the stage with renowned acts such as the Foo Fighters, Johnny Winter, and Gov't Mule led by Warren Haynes. Hailing from Greenville, South Carolina, King's musical journey intertwines with Asheville, North Carolina, Haynes' birthplace. King captured Haynes' attention through his electrifying live performances. In December 2014, King and his band were honored to perform at Haynes' annual Christmas Jam benefit held at Asheville's U.S. Cellular Center Arena, the esteemed Orange Peel club, and other venues in the vibrant mountain city known for its rich artistic community.
