Limited 180gm vinyl LP pressing. From a group of school friends aspiring to be 'the British Jefferson Airplane', Fairport Convention evolved into the foremost exponents of British folk rock. Drawing inspiration from traditional English folk songs and infusing them with rock rhythms, they created a groundbreaking sound that was quickly emulated.
