This yellow and red color variant was sold via Bandcamp and independent record stores, with a limited run of 1500 copies. The gatefold jacket includes printed inner sleeves and full-color labels.

Tracks A1 to B2 were recorded live at U.L.U (the University of London Union) on Wed 30th October, while track B3 was recorded live at Brighton Beach on Fri 8th November. Tracks C1 to D4 were recorded live at The Palais De Dance, Hammersmythe, on Sun 28th April.

"I'm Insane" is played at the start of Side D before "World Looks Red," although it does not appear in the printed tracklisting.

The spine of the record includes the following text: "this record is called ......... WALLS HAVE EARS ....... this record is called THE SONIC YOUTH SOUND EXPERIENCE ....... this record is called goo-023."

The inner sleeve is printed with the message: "This record is called 'This time, the last time + here's the next time'."
